Title of goods remains with Mint Publishing until cleared funds are in our nominated bank account. We reserve the right to remove any unpaid goods from associated premises in the event of bankrupcy or liquidation. Minimum Order (mainland UK) value is £60.00 + £7.50 postage & packing. Carriage paid order value is £100.00 to all mainland UK. We endeavor to get your order to you within four working days from receipt of your order. Special delivery requests can be made with any extra cost being added and charged for. Claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. A credit will only be issued upon receipt of the goods after they have been returned and inspected by our warehouse. Payment terms are strictly 30 days net monthly. Any other payment terms must be agreed in writing with Mint Publishing Ltd. Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in future orders being delayed andplaced on pro-forma basis only. Export minimum order £500.00 ex-works. All invoices will be pro-forma unless written terms have been agreed with Mint Publishing Ltd. Responsibility for goods passes when goods pass to your nominated courier. Inco-terms 2000 apply EXW.
